FYNEXO server
- Windows 10 (version 1809 or later, 64-bit) or Windows 11 (64-bit)
- 4 GB of memory or more
- About 2.5 GB free disk space, plus room for your data
- PostgreSQL 16 (installed by Setup)
Desktop workstations
- Windows 10 (version 1903 or later) or Windows 11
- .NET Framework 4.8 (built into Windows)
- Display 1280×800 or larger
- Any Windows printer: A4, A5, Letter, Legal or custom

Android app
- An Android phone (supported versions confirmed at release)
- Autofocus camera for barcode reading
- Wi-Fi or mobile data connected to your server network
