1. The Fundamental Distinction: Website vs. On-Premise ERP Data

FYNEXO Business Suite is an on-premise business management platform developed and distributed by Sultan Software Services. When you deploy FYNEXO in your business:

• Your Business Data Remains on Your Server: Your financial ledgers, vouchers, party balances, inventory IMEIs, employee payroll records, and tax calculations are stored exclusively on your own on-premise server or private local network.
• No Business Data Sent: FYNEXO never sends your business transactions, party details, tax numbers or IMEIs to Sultan Software Services or any third-party cloud.
• Licence Checks (coming soon): When licensing is released, licence checks will send only technical licence details (installation ID, hashed hardware fingerprint, version, clock check, number of companies and users); a trial request may also include your name and mobile number. Licence checks, remote access and remote support will pass through Cloudflare.

2. Information Collected Through This Website & Delivery Method

This public website (https://www.fynexo.cloud) only collects personal and business information that you voluntarily enter into our web forms:

• Demo Requests: When submitting the Request a Demo form, we collect: full name, company name, e-mail address and phone number; business requirements; and optionally your job title, industry, expected number of users, current software and additional notes.
• Contact Inquiries: When submitting the Contact form, we collect: full name and e-mail address; optionally a phone number; the subject and your message.
• Email Transmission to [email protected]: Form submissions are not stored in a public web database. Instead, they are sent by e-mail to FYNEXO support at [email protected] (a Google Gmail mailbox) solely to process your inquiry and schedule product demonstrations.
• Technical Server Logs: Standard web server access logs (such as IP address, browser user-agent, and request timestamps) are recorded temporarily by the hosting infrastructure for operational security monitoring and network diagnostics.

3. Purpose & Use of Inbound Inquiries

Information submitted through website forms is used strictly to:

• Respond directly to your questions and software inquiries.
• Coordinate and schedule live product demonstrations.
• Assess deployment requirements and license options for your business.
• Provide evaluation trial onboarding and technical setup guidance.

Sultan Software Services does not sell, rent, lease, or share your contact details with third-party marketing agencies or advertising networks.
